DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking an Associate Underwriter to join its subsidiary, Catalytic in the wind division. Role responsibilities include underwriting authority such as policy issuance review and correspondence, conducting inspection review and analysis, assisting underwriters, processing submissions, providing backup support, gathering and compiling information to quote and/or bind accounts, generating correspondence, demonstrating understanding of underwriting principles, learning market dynamics, providing customer service and underwriting support, developing business relationships, traveling with underwriters, and performing clerical and administrative duties. Key requirements include a bachelor's degree preferred, 2 to 4 years insurance experience, knowledge of insurance terminology, typing proficiency, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Agency Management Systems, ability to work independently, excellent communication skills, and willingness to support the team.
