**Job Title: Consumer Relations Representative**
**Location:** Remote (In-office Monday - Thursday, Remote on Fridays)
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Compensation:** $20 to $22 per hour
**About the Role:**
We are excited to invite a friendly and dedicated Consumer Relations Representative to our team! In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional support for our residential HVAC products. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing consumer inquiries, educating customers about our products and warranties, and resolving any complaints to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
**Interview Process:**
- Video interview (Teams/Google Meet)
- In-person interview
- Final interview with the Business Unit Supervisor
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints via phone with professionalism and care.
- Educate customers on product features, warranties, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Provide necessary documentation and support to enhance the customer experience.
- Direct customers to dealers for service when required.
- Accurately record interactions in our call-tracking database.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the consumer experience.
**Ideal Candidate:**
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and patience.
- Has a background in customer service, hospitality, teaching, or related fields (preferred).
- Demonstrates experience in handling challenging conversations and deescalating complaints.
- Is eager to learn about phone systems and technical product knowledge.
- Has a basic understanding of HVAC systems (preferred).
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is a plus.

**Work Hours:** 8 AM - 4 PM
**Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent

**Qualifications:**
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role (Entry Level)
