What knowledge, skills, or certifications does this contractor need (ICD10 coding, etc.)? PPD management, survey knowledge, hold people accountable, long term care experience What challenges might the leader expect when stepping into the interim role? Have a few agency front line nursing staff, newer DNS, annual survey exit 6.3.25 with 7 deficiencies working through POC and compliance What are the top 2-3 goals you would have for the interim leader to accomplish?
