A recognized media & entertainment company is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to bring ideas to life across social platforms, helping shape campaigns that resonate with audiences and generate conversation. This high-energy role offers the opportunity to support campaign execution, contribute to the creative direction of social content, and collaborate with many different teams.

About the Opportunity:

• Hours: 9am to 5pm (35 to 40 hours weekly)
• Setting: Hybrid (4 days a week onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Support the social strategy for key brands and tentpole series, including execution, optimization, and reporting
• Maintain and implement multiple editorial calendars, inclusive of all key social platforms
• In conjunction with other Social Strategy team members, partner with Social Creative and Production teams to inform social strategy and editorial calendars
• Support the development and execution of talent social shoot concepts in close collaboration with PR, Talent Relations, and internal teams
• Learn, understand, and execute the social voice, tone, and visual identity of key brands/shows
• Create social toolkits and best practice guides for talent
• Monitor industry trends and pop culture to pitch creative ways to tell stories and interact with audiences

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of professional non-Internship Social & Marketing experience
• Proficiency in key social platforms, tools, and analytics, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X/Twitter, Threads, Reddit, and YouTube.
• Experience helping to develop and roll out social campaigns across platforms
• Experience in community management and fan engagement
• Experience growing a following organically
• Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in the Entertainment industry
• Previous experience working in a social role at a TV network, streaming service, or film studio
• Working experience with Hootsuite and Airtable
• Experiencing covering live events, including Premieres, Red Carpets, Screenings, etc.
