We are seeking dedicated and skilled Laborer's to join our team. This role requires a reliable individual who can work independently and as part of a team, following strict instructions to build and assemble various units within warehouse spaces. These may include, but are not limited to, shelving racks, shelving units, and other structures that contribute to the overall functionality and design of the warehouse.

As part of the team, you will be required to travel/fly to job sites across the country and collaborate with colleagues and contractors to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to client specifications. All travel will be taken care for you. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that require physical strength, tools and technical skills in order to support our operations.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to job sites nationwide and collaborating with project teams to complete warehouse construction projects. Perform general labor tasks including
• Following strict instructions and blueprints to ensure the accurate construction and assembly of racks, shelving, and other warehouse units. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently including power tools, hand tools, and basic machinery.
• Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks on the job site.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications. Adhering to company standards and project deadlines, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day on your feet.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a hectic and noisy team environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions effectively.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Job Types: Temporary, Contract

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week (possible overtime)

• High school or equivalent (Required)
