**Job Title: Prefab Technician/Skilled Laborer** **$18-20/hour** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled laborer to join our team, focusing on cutting metal and assembling racks for refabrication work. The role requires mechanical inclination and experience using a tape measure and reading blueprints in an industrial or construction environment. Work will take place both inside and outside a production facility. **Responsibilities** + Cut and fabricate sheet metal according to specifications. + Assemble racks and other structures as part of refabrication projects. + Interpret blueprints and accurately use a tape measure. + Perform tasks in both indoor and outdoor settings within an industrial facility. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical assembly experience. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency with using a tape measurer. + Experience in cutting and fabricating metals. + Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of construction tasks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in general labor and construction is beneficial. + Carpentry skills are an advantage. **Why Work Here?** Join a small but rapidly growing team where your contributions are valued and your skills can make a significant impact.
