📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead complex bankruptcy litigation and creditors’ rights cases
• Advise litigation trusts and serve as special counsel in fiduciary roles
• Represent financial institutions and creditor committees—no debtor-side work
• Collaborate with institutional clients on high-stakes bankruptcy matters
• Spearhead business development and client portfolio expansion
• Mentor junior attorneys and shape practice group leadership

✅ Qualifications:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation and creditors’ rights
• Proven success in representing financial institutions and creditors
• Active license to practice in Texas (required)
• Prior experience in Am Law or regional leadership roles strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to independently generate $750K+ in client business
• Deep connections within the Texas and New York bankruptcy bar
• J.D. from an accredited law school
