What You'll Do:

As a Seasonal Fashion Retail Associate, you will craft a memorable shopping experience for every guest in our boutique. In this energetic role, you will radiate warmth and positivity, engaging in meaningful conversations with guests. Although the main focus is on guest experience, additional responsibilities will include:

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently using the boutique's point-of-sale system.
• Assisting with physical inventory to ensure items are well-stocked.
• Staying updated with product knowledge, current trends, and boutique promotions to inspire our guests.
• Helping maintain an aesthetically pleasing store by recovering and replenishing products.
• Collaborating with the leadership team to execute company directives and accomplish tasks while prioritizing guest needs.
• Following all company policies and procedures.

This is a seasonal position expected to conclude on or before January 9, 2026, depending on business needs and your performance.

Position Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to navigate the sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolonged standing, and climbing.
• Capable of working independently.
• Must be able to lift and carry items up to 35 lbs.
