A biotech client is looking to add a Sales Operations Analyst to their Finance Team! We are looking for an analytical go-getter who will support the sales team through the use of data analytics. This person will act as the right hand to the Senior Vice President of Finance and should have a service mindset. In this role you will not only get the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a dynamic medical device start up environment but own the data analytics around all things sales! This person will also be involved in contract negotiation/red lining/edits for the sales staff, though they do not need to know that skill coming in.

Must Haves:

• Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economic, etc.
• Very strong Excel skills
• 3-5 years of data analytics experience

What You'll Do:

• Provide sales support regarding questions such as GPO affiliation, volume expectation, and any related information found from research of mergers and divestitures
• Provide support to sales team about hospital Value Analysis Committee submissions and associated questionnaires
• Support contracting activities
• Maintain Daily Sales Report as a supplement to the Business Analytics Dashboard
• Maintain device tracker daily based on information received from sales team and review of BA Dashboard
• Maintain the Contract Master data as changes occur and publish monthly on the shared drive
• Maintain the product websites as per any required changes
• Work with the Director to address and complete any GPO, VA, DAPA analysis , audits , and reviews, as needed
• Prepare pricing letters for non-Group Purchasing Organization customers
• Produce, analyze, and forward to the TBM and Agents trend reporting highlighting both positive and negative sales trending by Customer location on a basis determined by Director
• Assist with the production of various Analytics to support Senior Management as needed
• Prepare, analyze, and provide results of research to Senior Management on various needs as they arise (Sales Funnel/Opportunities, Inventory need projections,
• Run reports to determine GPO/VA IFF Fees payable (Monthly/Quarterly as appropriate) and process on a timely basis

Salary of $90 - $120K Base, Depending on experience, education level, etc.
