**Job Title: Rigger** **Job Description** Join our team as a Rigger, where you will be responsible for assembling, erecting, and aligning steel beams with precision. Ensure that beams are properly rigged for movement and assembly, contributing to the successful completion of large-scale projects. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and erect steel beams according to project specifications. + Align steel beams accurately to ensure structural integrity. + Rig beams properly for safe movement and assembly. **Essential Skills** + **_Rigging Certification (NCCER or NCCCO)_** + Experience as a rigger + Comfortable lifting 50+ pounds **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience as a millwright is highly preferred + Comfortable working from heights **Why Work Here?** This is a fantastic opportunity for long-term career growth with an organization committed to expanding its internal team. The role requires comfort working from heights. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
