ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Brandon Fresch State Farm representative, you will serve as the first or second point of contact for customers, helping them navigate insurance products and financial services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to protect what matters most to them. We will give you all the training needed after you get licensed. License required will be property & casualty and Life and Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
