A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Quality Control Analyst .
Job Title: Quality Control Analyst
Job Duration: 06+ Months
Job Location: Circleville Ohio
100% Onsite position
As a Quality Control Analyst, you will:
This role is ideal for individuals with a background in chemistry or biological sciences, and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards in manufacturing and laboratory environments. Whether you're a recent graduate or bring prior experience in quality control, we welcome your application.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scientific analyses to assess the quality of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Conduct and validate biological and chemical assays in accordance with established protocols
- Compile, interpret, and document statistical data to confirm compliance or identify deviations from quality standards
- Assist in drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and assay specifications
- Ensure all testing activities meet regulatory and internal quality requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma with chemistry coursework required bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, or related field preferred
- Prior experience in a laboratory or quality control setting is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with basic lab equipment and data analysis tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under direct supervision
Work Environment
- Laboratory-based role with exposure to chemicals and biological samples
- Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- May involve standing for extended periods and handling sensitive materials

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20.00 - $24.11 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
