Essential Qualifications: Daily face-to-face interactions with prospective clients are essential Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain one before your start date Proficiency with technology, including laptops, mobile applications, and CRM tools Experience with Microsoft Office products like Excel and Outlook A valid state driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance are required Must live within the designated territory Preferred Qualifications: Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license Associate's or Bachelor's degree Experience with TEAMS and PowerPoint Community engagement experience through service, activities, or volunteer work Prior experience selling Medicare products Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply Public speaking experience Additional Information: Language proficiency assessment may be required for non-English speakers to ensure competency. Schedule: Flexibility is required, as meeting with members may involve appointments or events at nights and weekends.
