Position Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing neurology practice. The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare leader with strong organizational skills, high accountability, and a proactive mindset. Compassion, professionalism, and the ability to inspire a team are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and enforcement of practice policies and procedures.
• Manage clinic staffing, including recruiting, onboarding, training, evaluations, and personnel issues
• Lead by example with clear, professional communication to staff, patients, and external partners.
• Manage payroll and employee benefits using a third-party payroll vendor.
• Support frontline operations as needed (phones, scheduling, check-in).
• Maintain office supply inventory and vendor relationships.
• Oversee referrals and prior authorizations, ensuring timely completion.
• Work collaboratively with billing vendors to ensure accurate claims processing.
• Educate staff and patients on insurance plans, deductibles, copays, and coverage differences.
• Maintain provider credentialing, licensing, and CAQH records.
• Oversee accounts payable and ensure timely payment of clinic expenses.
• Conduct annual staff performance reviews and lead regular team meetings.
• Track staff PTO and absences in payroll system.

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Medical office management: 3 years (Required)
