Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the administrative management of multiple construction projects, day to day management of change orders, submittals, procurement, and schedules as well as adhering to cost control.
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Review project scope, specifications and architectural drawings to insure accuracy. Follow a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project including project buy-outs and close-outs. Perform additional assignments as directed by company management.

Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications and spreadsheets is required. Proficiency with mathematical calculations is necessary. Must possess ability to read and understand blueprints and project specifications.
