RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We’re seeking a dependable and welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and staff. You will be joining our dynamic team in Billerica, MA with $20/hr pay . This role plays a key part in creating a professional and friendly environment while providing administrative support to keep the office running smoothly. APPLY NOW!

Shift Schedule: 7:30AM – 4:00PM (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and staff with professionalism and a friendly attitude
• Answer and route incoming calls using a single-line phone system
• Manage visitor check-in procedures and ensure front desk security protocols
• Process invoices, purchase orders, and receipts using the Ariba system
• Assist with general office tasks, such as filing, scheduling, and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• No college degree required
• Excellent communication skills and a welcoming, approachable personality
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and efficient during high-traffic or busy periods
• Previous experience handling front desk and administrative responsibilities
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with office systems (experience with Ariba is a plus)
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to support a collaborative team
