We are excited to welcome a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Engineer to our Managed IT and Security delivery teams. Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery Support: Contribute to developing and maintaining essential tools for efficient delivery of Managed IT and Security services, including monitoring, automation, and orchestration.
  • Cybersecurity Operations: Assist in enhancing capabilities for cybersecurity operations, such as threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Support the management of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure secure, scalable infrastructure tailored to client needs.
  • Kubernetes and Containerization: Learn about and assist in deploying and managing applications using Kubernetes and other container platforms.
  • Open-Source and Commercial Tools: Help integrate various technology platforms, both open-source and commercial, to strengthen our IT and security infrastructure.
  • Automation and Scripting: Assist in creating and maintaining scripts to streamline IT and security procedures.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Aid in developing comprehensive documentation for tools, platforms, and processes, while collaborating and sharing knowledge with team members.
  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in enhancing IT and security service delivery by suggesting improvements and aiding in their implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Certifications: CompTIA Security+ and AWS Certified Solutions Architect are preferable.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in IT or security operations; relevant internships or project work in managed services is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of networking, operating systems (Windows, Linux), and cybersecurity principles.
  • Cloud Services: Knowledge of Azure networking services, including Azure Virtual WAN, VNETS, and related technologies.
  • Scripting Exposure: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation is ideal.
  • Problem-Solving: Eagerness to learn and apply problem-solving skills in a technical context.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of documenting technical processes effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively, showing readiness to learn and contribute to group success.
