We believe the talented individuals that make up the Kamps team are our biggest asset. Here at Kamps we recognize and reward hard working individuals that consistently exceed expectations. We are excited for you to join our team and help us in achieving our mission of revolutionizing supply chains and serving our customers!

Summary:

Kamps is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to play a crucial role in managing our online presence and providing valuable insights through data analysis. This multifaceted position will be responsible for generating performance reports across our key digital channels, maintaining and updating our WordPress website, managing our digital brand reputation, overseeing email marketing campaigns, and ensuring the smooth operation of our internal communications platform.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and technologies, capable of working independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Utilize data from Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Google Tag Manager, Hot Jar, and Looker Studio to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Wordpress Website Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the Kamps website, ensuring its smooth operation and functionality. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, implementing updates, managing plugins, collaborating with the creative specialist to build and launch new pages and content, and ensuring website security and performance.
  • Email Marketing Management: Oversee the planning, development, scheduling, testing, and deployment of email marketing campaigns through our email service provider (e.g., Mailchimp). Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Internal Communications Platform Management: Ensure the operational stability of our internal communications platform (intranet). Monitor for any technical issues or bugs and work to resolve them efficiently and manage updates. (Note: This role does not involve content creation for the intranet).

This list of duties is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties or responsibilities that senior management may deem necessary.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field that provides a foundation in digital principles, coding, or website management. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or social media management role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in the Google digital marketing suite, including Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar platforms.
