Job Description Hours: M-F 9:30am-6pm Pay: $18-$22/hour Location: 100% In-Office Job Duties: * Managing emails and responding appropriately * Perform follow-up calls to recent customers * Answer incoming calls to provide information, schedule appointments and receive customer information * Provide accurate cost estimates to customers * Document the emails/calls in an appropriate manner * Handle customer complaints and concerns while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards Requirements: * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required * Bilingual in Spanish * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficient with Microsoft Office * Looking for somebody that has great attention to detail * One to two years of related experience All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
