$12/hour (+tips)

Key Responsibilities of the Banquet Server:
•Serves food and beverage items to guests based on established guidelines.
•Prepares function site and assures meeting room is set according to specifications.
•Sets dining tables, buffets, and other service areas as according to Banquet Event Order or as directed.
•Ensures the guests are provided with excellent customer service by anticipating their needs before they arise.
•Communicates guest requests and concerns to the department manager.
•Helps to maintain a clean banquet or catering kitchen, coolers, and equipment.
•Assists in inventory control and monitoring waste in the banquet or catering area.
•Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
•Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements for the Server:
•1+ years of banquet food service experience.
•Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law.
•Possesses excellent customer service skills.
•Must be dependable.
•Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Must be able to work in a team environment.
•Regular and reliable attendance required.
