At a top law and lobbying firm with over 50 years of industry leadership, we offer the opportunity to work at the forefront of some of the nation's most significant legal cases, deals, and legislation. Our Natural Resources group represents clients in complex litigation, administrative proceedings, and transactions involving water quality, water rights, hazardous waste, mining, oil and gas, public lands, and air quality.

We seek a motivated, energetic associate with 1-5 years of experience in general environmental practice. Ideal candidates will have experience in areas like NEPA, ESA, CAA, CWA, water rights, water quality, and enforcement proceedings. A JD and Colorado bar admission (preferred) are required.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $200,000 - $230,000, plus potential bonus opportunities based on billable hours and discretionary performance bonuses.

Candidate Parameters:

• Experience: 1-5 years in environmental law or natural resources practice
• Skills: Knowledge of environmental regulations and policies (NEPA, ESA, CAA, CWA, etc.), ability to translate legal principles into actionable solutions
• Licensure: JD required, Colorado bar admission preferred
