We're looking to add an Assistant Superintendent to our brand new project in South Bend.

Job Details

Your Role
•Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily jobsite coordination and scheduling
•Help manage subcontractor activity, deliveries, and inspections
•Monitor safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA standards
•Track progress, document field activities, and support quality control efforts
•Participate in project meetings, reporting, and conflict resolution
•Learn and grow toward eventually running your own projects

Requirements
•3–5 years of construction experience, ideally with multifamily or mixed-use projects
•Ground-up construction experience required
•Excellent communication and organizational skills
•Strong familiarity with construction plans, specs, and field technology (Procore a plus)
•Local to the South Bend area preferred, but not required
•OSHA 30 certification is a plus
