Job Title: Agent's Assistant

Salary: $18 per hour plus commissions

Preferred Language: Mandarin/Chinese (not required)

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Agent's Assistant. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of room for growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Handwrite personalized thank you cards to referrals
• Generate productions and reports, identifying potential sales opportunities for follow-up
• Encourage clients to leave Google reviews
• Follow up on claims and assist with marketing efforts
• Coordinate participation in local events
• Assist in setting up events
• Send onboarding texts to welcome new clients
• Perform additional assistant tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with social media platforms is helpful
• Must be comfortable working in an office environment; potential for hybrid work arrangements
