Title: Accounting Clerk (Part-Time 25-30 hours)

Location : Des Plaines, IL (100% onsite daily)

Hire Type: CONTRACT

Hourly Pay Rate : $22-$25/hr

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including managing the email inbox, processing invoices, and supporting general office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the email inbox and respond to accounting inquiries promptly.
• Receive and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary approvals for invoice payments.
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial records and documents.
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the accounting department.
